It's in and out, had to slow it down a bit to counter the lag he's got. His internet is as bad as mine, I think their throttling bandwidth on purpose. They did it to me, to the point I can't stream anymore.

Wouldn't surprise me if they did. I wish I knew him because I could just let him come through my place & use my connection. He can't live more than 45 minutes away from me considering I live in the center of the Bay Area (minutes if that from FB).
