He could order IA with his EO and have all contested states audited. He didnt fire Bill Barr, Chris Wray and Gina Haspel. It's all political theater and I'm starting to realise Trump is an actor.

He understands what all of his options are, and using the military under his direct control makes it look like they are his minions, but if they are given control, they will be able to be independent.
