Trump put more troops there as cover for inauguration...trump will relinquish power to military and there will be lots of arrests (including pope).... How about this, Trump puts FEMA in charge, better than using military directly or the Insurrection Act, and FEMA has much the same powers as the IA if not more. Trump steps back, Biden is in limbo.
Then FEMA can have the military run forensic audits of the votes in the 17 states that were suspicious. No need for new elections.

I've heard that theory also...fema will be essentially in charge of everything, including military.
