Sullivan has been charged with knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority, violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds, interfering with law enforcement engaged in the lawful performance of their official duties incident to and during the commission of civil disorder.

He is set to appear in federal court on Friday to face the charges.
