So when you click on the getty images link below and zoom in, you will clearly see that is POW flag but when you download that exact image and use the free one, they change the pixelation which results to it looking lime Q. Its basically from downgrading pixelation.
Yes I've seen the real image where it is a POW/MIA flag. But in this particular image (from the WH website) it looks different/photoshopped too look like a Q. The dash of the Q is outside the circle, which would not occur with the POW/MIA flag

My point is that it could be photoshopped to look like a Q, but it is still posted on the WH website. It is 100% not a POW flag. Either Q flag or photoshopped Q
