This is my assumption but pretending this goes how we’re hoping (and I have a lot of hope), Trump still wouldn’t be inaugurated on the 20th & he would leave office (no longer being recognized as sitting President). We’d then have to do another election that’s actually safe/secure, which would take a couple months. So, trump would move his things out as a procedural thing until after he is elected and he would then, of course, move back in.
