I doubt trump is planning on fighting this any farther. That doesn't make it impossible if the right evidence comes to light.
It's my understanding that at least one laptop belonging to Pelosi is missing. If the data on that laptop is incriminating and finds it's way into the right hands, if could lead to action.
Granted, since the laptop was not seized legally, Pelosi herself will not be able to be persecuted based on the evidence in the laptop, but it might generate solid leads to other evidence that could be obtained legally.
