This coursework is full of stuff that violates the bans on critical theory, and I'm looking to report it to everywhere I possibly can while I'm shopping for a role elsewhere.
It's run of the mill SJW garbage, but I don't want this to be easy for them. I was just forced to rename "master" to "main" in all of our codebases; something I would be ok with if it wasn't a foot in the door for much worse things and a colossal waste of time.
Here's the content of the course overview in case anyone's curious:

Sounds like Critical Race Theory by another name, E.O. banning it here.
I'd say visit a lawyer, they should be able to figure out where to go from there. If nothing else they'll figure out how to make bank off of it.
It is CRT by another name...
Privilege is the keyword this time it seems.
I think that EO got blocked by a leftie judge. Don't get me wrong, CRT is racist crap.
Something tells me that unconscious bias training is specifically targeted at the white male.
As a medical student being forced to do this stuff three times a year.. Yeah. It is.
The fact that "Privilege" is hidden at the bottom too.
Most definitely!

Christopher Rufo will want copies of the materials
Check with a lawyer first, but if possible, skip it, and if they fire you collect unemployment until you find a better place.
I'm almost in the same boat, but my co. has not forced me to do anything yet.
I always hear "talk to a lawyer", what kind of lawyer do you take this kind of thing to? Especially in an ultra-left ultra-woke area?
If I don't do it, I have to have the nags from my manager, and then he'll want to know why. They don't let trainings marked required slide very far.
Just say you have another Communist event to attend that day, make one up and invite your manager.
It's a web course we "can take over the quarter" unfortunately
Probably “employment law”. They deal with stuff like unlawful labor issues.
Sadly the Dept of Labor suspended Trump's EO so this is once again possible, but Dr. Karlyn Barysenko at kb.locals.com loves this kind of stuff if you can sneak out materials or film any of it.
There is a woman on record from the DOL that was working with BLM/Antifa types in a recorded Zoom chat that was released a few days ago... she is a lawyer...
Got a name or an email I can send this to?
Unsure, you may be able to send tip to project veritas and or Rudy Giuliani teams... show what’s going on therez
This isnt a small company either. They are well known and if they are doing this then I can almost guarantee that others are doing the same thing. Discrimination against the "privileged" is what this is.
This "one human family" mentality is what the Deep State wants to make controlling us easier.
Our differences are what make us harder to anticipate and control. By making us the same strain of zombie, we become easier for them to manipulate. That's the goal. Destroy genuine cultures and indoctrinate us into their manufactured, passive, docile "uni-culture."
Sorry. Its the New World Order rules now. We all must face our re-education.
Always push past the training if they say you must ban master, ban genders. Make the wokeness hurt the company. Push until it hurts. They will walk it back. When in doubt claim to be oppressed. If you are white claim bi or gay. Drive it to the point of absurdity.
