I read his name was (I forgot... something like David Harris?) and he was present as an officer at the Scalese shooting. And he, according to his FB, is a big blm fan...🤔. I think I read it on here...
I've been told in other posts Harris is misinformation. I have also been told it is the person pointing the gun at the camera. I doubt either of those is true and America has a right to the footage of the capitol security system.
