expect massive signature rejections. Happens here in Oregon all the time. Don't rely on getting just over the mark

Dang 24 points ago +24 / -0

Already happening. Padilla rejected signatures for abbreviations such as street to st. and court to Ct. Also rejected signatures for going outside the lines of the box.

There should already be well over 3 million signatures.

Same shit happened in Nevada. Stay inside the box that's 1 inch wide and 1/2 inch high. Don't touch the sides!!

I was wondering how it could be possible that we weren't at a million yet. There are a lot of people here are PISSED OFF and happy to sign it.

And next, for verification, they will run it through the Dominion machines so California can see how many votes to make “Queen Newsom” were intended over recall.

The Grand Canyon isn’t wider than Kamala Harris, whore of evil

Just remember, they are treating each signature more stringent than most votes cast in the election to disqualify as many people as possible for the recall to be successful. They are also trying to close a LLC donation "loophole" over this because someone gave 500k and they don't know who.

While I want this to be true, I can't find any confirmation on https://recallgavin2020.com/ . Can you post a primary source of going from 1m to 1.1m, u/HistoryInvestigator?

5
DontGiveUp 5 points ago +6 / -1

it's on the website's homepage

midonator 4 points ago +4 / -0

You're right, in this image: https://recallgavin2020.com/wp-content/uploads/splash_thermo_70percent_v3_1500x800.jpg

They used to do press releases about milestones.

midonator 3 points ago +3 / -0

All I can find to back this, is the latest SF Gate article: https://www.sfchronicle.com/politics/article/California-Democratic-official-backs-off-calling-15875581.php

And while it does say; "Organizers of the Newsom recall said they have collected more than 1.1 million petition signatures." I see no source.

3
HistoryInvestigator [S] 3 points ago +3 / -0

It's literally at the top of the home page it says "More than 1.1 million signed petitions" under RECALL GAVIN

not sure how you're missing it

1
midonator 1 point ago +2 / -1

Mostly because I look for text on web pages, and ignore the graphics. But I did mention that I missed it in an earlier reply! Sorry!

In the past they had text press releases for milestone news.

All good, I'm glad they're at 1.1 and I hope they can double it by mid March

7
Garbage_Day 7 points ago +7 / -0

I think we need 1.5 million

8
I_Love_45-70_Gov 8 points ago +8 / -0

Gather 2M, because the courts will throw out hundreds of thousands...just 'cause.

3
HistoryInvestigator [S] 3 points ago +3 / -0

Yep the more the better!

3
midonator 3 points ago +3 / -0

I thought it was 1.6m, but the image says: 1,459,709! Getting closer all the time.

Wider than Kamala? Are we reaching Bill Clinton levels?

4
bfafpo 4 points ago +4 / -0

NOW they're concerned about verifying signatures. Sure.

3
mynameisdonald 3 points ago +3 / -0

Nathan Fletcher, a scum bag politician in San Diego just called everyone who supports this recall a neo nazi. Impeach them all!

"Spread it wider than Kamala."

That's pretty hard.

That's what she said.

3
unspecified_user 3 points ago +3 / -0

Newsome has to be 10x more hated than Gray Davis so this should be easy for them. Hey CA, you 70% shitbird state, what took you so long, and why would you have elected a faggot SF mayor as governor in the first place.

3
MAGASquatch 3 points ago +3 / -0

Dude.... there aren't enough Californians to spread it that wide.

3
Shaffro 3 points ago +3 / -0

I lived in CA about thirteen years ago. I wish I could sign it.

3
midonator 3 points ago +3 / -0

So what you're saying, is that you cast a certified ballot for Biden in California in November?

2
Proudboy420 2 points ago +2 / -0

I’m about to add my signature, as soon as I reregister as an independent.

2
MichelleObamasBalls 2 points ago +2 / -0

I have been spreading the news to everyone I know. The momentum is growing, even super libs are fed up with him!

Here is a non-partisan corruption issue that may sway your liberal friends. I have caught the Franchise Tax Board (CA's income tax agency) overcharging taxpayers. I brought this to Brown/Newsom's attention in 2016 and Newsom is actively covering it up.

Here is a speech that I made to State Controller Betty Yee about it in December 2020 (via zoom):

Most liberals are happy to pay taxes. Most liberals are not happy about being overcharged taxes.

It's impossible to spread wider than Kamala's legs. IMPOOOOOSIBLE I TELL YOU!

2
Groundpounder 2 points ago +2 / -0

Can’t we make up the rest by putting dead people on the petition? I heard that’s completely fine these days...

EagleI 2 points ago +2 / -0

LETS GOOOOO!!!

They city councils trash the votes anyways. As long as dominion machines and other electronic voting methods are used, we will never get the government we need to run ca effectively for the coast, valley, and mountain populations.

We have more conservatives in California than almost every other state except, and I think, Texas. What we don't have is control over the ballot box. They started rigging Orange County and we sat by dumbfounded. Now we know what happened. They stole it all and have been legislating theft since. We're on to them and this is the beginning of the fight.
