The hill is filled with Houses not buildings the houses are worth about 1.5 to about 3 million for a regular 3bd. They have mansions worth well over 10 million dollars on the hill as well. Rancho Palos Verdes, Rolling Hills, and Portuguese bend. Trump actually has a nice 18 hole there as well. The bottom by the port is San Pedro where the ghetto meets the sea. That's Pedro and the Palos Verdes areas. I work on that hill and it's almost completely covered now with buildings.
