It's late at night and on 1/15, the same day when Biden resigned from his seat. And NOW there are hardly any posts about it? Was there any movement on this or she holding off to Monday or Tuesday?

Why should they be scared? They got state courts, SCOTUS (effectively), house, senate, presidency (officially), military, intelligence agencies, police, media, and tech.
