Your going to put all your men INSIDE and fucking razor wire anti-climb fenced in position with no cover inside to hide behind when bullets start flying and very little concealment?

Your going to erect this down the middle of a fucking GULCH? No, you've got fucking buildings on each side of the Capital Mall exclusion zone giving the militia's the HIGH GROUND and not to mention, the fucking Washington Monument is excellent elevated defilade cover staring right down the middle where they can pick guard and marine off one by one.

This is what you do when you are going to do something on the INSIDE of the fence and you need to keep what's inside inside, while simultaneously keeping any ally's of the inside operation from interrupting your operation with riots.

I’ll also note the concrete barriers are on the outside as well. This acts to either slow down people from the outside or stop the fence from falling by people pushing from the inside. Given how fucky the rest of the situation is, I know which one I’m leaning toward being the real reason for how it’s assembled
