Heres what they also don't want to hear, anti-bacterial soap does more harm than good, especially since everything is sterilized now adays... Humans are made up of around as many 'non-human' cells as human ones.... many of those are bacteria that exist on the skin and digestive system which we NEED to protect us from dangerous pathogens and digest food for us.
The evolutionary reason why humans kiss is to propagate and diversify our bacteria profile and immune system. Babies born vaginally are set up with a more diverse microbiome and it may be detramental to wash the baby off right away because of this.

I love telling vegetarians that they eat vegetables alive and they probably suffer horribly in their own unique way. Explaining that plants sense and respond to their environment helps
Far more life by numbers gets killed / supressed than with animal agriculture. Bugs, bees and birds from pesticide and lack of foods, small rodents like mice, rabbits and gophers from heavy machinery plus all the life that lives to eat their excrement. Not to mention the soil in many of these monocropped lands cant hold any water and is delvoid of nutrients which is there are record floods practically every year around the Mississippi river which kills humans.
Lets not forget all the petroleum we need for transportation and pesticide and the wars that have been fought.
Or you kill a single cow that if done right lived a good life, its death is painless and can feed a single person for a year, plus may be a carbon sink with how much grass it consumes.
