President Trump has not once used the word 'concede'.

President Trump has repeatedly stated for over a year now that the pedocrats were going to try to steal the election. He knew they were going to cheat. Given that President Trump knew the pedocrats were going to cheat, how likely do you think it is that he just sat back and did nothing?

President Trump obviously had a plan to counter the pedocrats' election fraud. Those who claim otherwise are detached from reality. You can argue that the plan failed/will fail, and maybe you're right - we'll find out soon enough - but to claim that President Trump didn't have a plan is ridiculous. Anyone who believes President Trump didn't have a plan is detached from reality.
