Sleeping on a straight floor on your back is probably the healthiest way to sleep especially for your spine alignment and circulation

I'm actually a floor sleeper. I know, it's weird.

Face down normally, on back when I'm having back issues.

People takes beds/mattresses for granted not realizing that just because they're nice and convenient doesn't mean they're good for you.
