They'll hand over a ton of communications but I think its a certainty that they'll make sure they lose and or delete anything that shows undeniable premeditated malicous intent. Or they will provide incriminating evedince and the court will ignore it which is more common than people think.

Personal story, had a court case between me and a person close to me. Went through discovery. Said person claimed x as their information and handed over documents that clearly showed x didn't include everything the documentation showed and thus they lied under oath regarding x. Judge doesn't even acknowledge the issue, my lawyer tells me to not bother pursuing it because judges don't really care about stuff like that even when it significantly changes x. Moral of the story is the judge in all likelihood won't care if there is incriminating evedince or if the documents clearly show a discrepancy that could only be intentional.

Tell that to GTFO. If it’s your store, you should have the right to refuse service to anyone. And then offer 10% discounts for people who won’t wear the mask.
