That’s exactly what I have been saying. Seems most likely someone made it out of the capitol with something significant and they haven’t been caught yet.
Someone obviously had a plan to raid offices, probably knew agitators were going to show up and nobody would stop it, so used that situation to do something more specific.
That's my thought. Insurrection and martial law have been invoked. Show me where it says the general population must be notified....I think they're doing their sweep, looking for the remaining Chinese infiltrators and their known list of traitorous Americans.
