If he faked his death it would be at the graces of the elites, which defeats the purpose of having puppets.

Rothschilds are pretty much the top of the chain, if they're not "elites" the only way to go further up is like lizard people from Uranus.

I would say the Vatican and several royal family bloodlines + chivalric orders / secret societies are at least on par with the Rothschilds, if not their masters.

Then the multidimensional lizard people to whom they make their blood sacrifices.
