Works for me.I make my own.You should do some research on it. Silver is still being used to disinfect . I will let you in on another bit of info....Ozone generators can disinfect a room very well.
I use silver on all my cuts and abrasions. It works much better that Neosporin at least in my experience. They sell it over the counter i think its called SiverX.
