I looked this up and I have to say that the pieces do match up. “Q” has always seemed sketch to me, mostly in that it seemed designed to target vulnerable people, aka antisocial 4channers. None of the “proofs” are particularly solid and the premise is so extreme that it just doesn’t make any sense as to why on Earth top secret military intelligence officers would get on 4chan of all places.
