This is why i think Trump and his inner circle know that Biden cannot become President, otherwise including Obama can never be brought to justice as they will all be pardoned, which im pretty sure cannot be reversed by anyone.
Maybe this is why Trump is waiting until Monday to release the russiagate docs, knowing that if he did so on friday, people wouldnt pay attention because its the weekend. But i do think when he releases them, some things will start to happen.

You missed a step- You have to have been charge and convicted of a crime to be pardoned of it. Pardons are not handed out on the basis of there is evidence against you. Biden would not need to pardon any of them; our corrupt justice system has no intentions of charging anyone. Organized crime rarely works the streets these days; they took over the political and judicial branches and now have free reign to let their crime network prosper unfettered.
