How he feels about invoking the Act is beside the point. He made an oath to honor the constitution, if hes doesnt 1) decassify everything, especially the russigate docs, and 2) invoke the Insurrection Act, then that is serious deraliction of duty, and is not honoring the oath he took.

If the Senate report says there was major Fraud with Biden, then he cannot become President. If the Durham Report says the same thing, Then he cannot become President. Durhams report was supposed to drop last night but did not. The Insurrection act its Totally Reasonable since they will not admit to Fraud in the election

The Top Generals want Biden period. That is open check book to any conflicts they want to get Young Americans killed in around the world.

Top military brass hate the man. They would ignore the order and claim it is unconstitutional. Whether or not the order is unconstitutional is irrelevant. House and senate would impeach and remove him in a matter of hours. Ignore past political theater, I 100% guarantee they would convene, vote on impeachment, and vote to remove him in a matter of hours if they wanted to. Mill look it sry ignore order, Trump removed from office, and then probably arrested and jailed.
Correct me if i'm wrong, but if the Insurrection Act is invoked (did Lincoln invoke it) doesnt that make the Congress and Senate null and void? also, any military members no matter how high up they were if they did not follow the President's orders, would be seen as committing treason, sedition. Hence why the President is called Commander in Chief, he is charge of the military.
According to certain people I know, he already invoked it a week ago. Of course, it's hard to prove since alot of news sources haven't covered it.
