Control of major cities.

Texas has some oddities and I'm 100% sure Houston has been stolen for decades because I heard all the stories growing up from lawyers who would go around and pick up poor people and pay them 1 What-a-burger per vote and just bus those assholes from district to district until they threw up.

Now, it doesn't mean Houston isn't lost today. H-town is basically a giant concrete trailer park where the average IQ goes to take a break from the burden of existence.

You get a lot of democrat voters that way.
