Define having it: Someone who's coughing their lungs out and sneezing their brains out or someone who "got tested" and is now "asymptomatic"? Because if it's the latter and they demand testing with those PCR 95% false positive tests then there's an issue.

In Germany you can be ordered under quarantine for a mere suspicion of being positive. Not even a test is necessary. It may be because one of your coworkers or co-eds, or anyone you may have had contact with is being tested positive.
