The Proud Boys are setting themselves up, they've been doing that for years. You don't get a felon fence to run the operation if you're looking to run a squeaky clean operation.

I never really liked the Proud Boys, I thought it sounded ridiculous (and some if it definitely is). But damn if they didn't earn my respect in the past year when they were stepping in and protecting people from Antifa goons when the police wouldn't.
I imagine that's also ahat put them on the endangered species list. Can't have anyone who will stand up to their violent mobs and brownshirts.
