That weird half paralysed face and obvious brain-damage is a pretty clear stroke indicator. Not being able to read or speak coherently, no self-awareness of when he is yelling gibberish at people.
It doesn't excuse anything he does, but nor does it mean he is fit for any position of importance or responsibility.
He's openly talked about his brain surgeries. There's video somewhere. I believe he says something about his brain laying on the table. 😳 Edit: he mentioned hoe they had to take half his skull off to treat anuerysms.

One for you. Biden quoting numbers and stats on how well he did in college, back in the 80s. Except not a single part of it was true. And when corrected, he blamed the discrepancy on bad memory. Its quite a bad memory to fabricate an entire personal history that never actually happened.
This is the same guy that failed at every deal he negotiated in on behalf of the US. Maybe he was a traitor trying to fail because he was paid to fail under the table, maybe he was too stupid and got everything wrong. What a disaster.
