Tje only option he has open to him that's within his authority is to use the military to address the issue. In a timeline where the MSM, and Social media actually present balanced information for the benefit of informing society that would lead to a smoothish remedying of the issue. However there is so much propaganda, emotional manipulation and politicians using media to control their position (in this case an anti Trump narrative) that if Trump were to do that we risk all out civil war which is exactly what China is waiting for. Would you personally take the risk that sure you'd be able to retain control but you'd be partially responsible for millions of dead in a civil war and whatever damage stems from China taking advantage?
Exposing what is going on, waking up Americans, getting people engaged with all level of politics, breaking up the monopoly over information by showing the lies that will lead to people no longer trusting any mainstream source and thus actively seeking out alternative means of information allowing for more organic conversations between people who are pissed at the lies and the loss of rights. This path is longer and could also lead to civil war as the control of the government and our freedoms is fought for, but it creates a more engaged and informed society, weakens the established info and power monopolies, and makes denying how deep the rot is impossible for anyone paying attention.
Trump definitely had to know they'd cheat and he should've been able to either have stopped it or had people on the inside recording everything and documenting all the vote manipulation so he could expose the cheat all at once and make it impossible to deny and not reliant on court orders or getting forensic audits at the 11th hour. And he definitely should've acted with force back in November, however at this point I'm not sure he has an easy choice
