Existing homes in my area are non-existent. New construction is being sold out as soon as a lot goes on the market. A year ago, you could find homes everywhere at great prices but it's changed rapidly in the last 6 months.
The Federal government would never allow Texas and other states to leave, not peacefully anyway.. But it could actually open the door to negotiations of better election laws and other things that could work in all our favors..
