Illegal to discriminate based on race...but ok to discriminate against someone based on politicial beliefs. 80-90 percent of black people vote democrat, so if I don't want to serve or hire black people, I just tell them "gtfo" because they are democrats. Merely ask for voting registration card if they claim they are republican to prove I'm even handed...and voila! I can discriminate against the overwhelming majority of black people. Or people of any race! Too bad the klan and neo nazis were too stupid to figure this out before, but the cat's out of the bag now :O

political belief is not a suspect classification while skin color is. if you don't discriminate against white democrats like you do against black ones, no, it's not alright.
If you own a business and provide a good product that is necessary to the locals, post a sign that reads "Patriotic People Who Love America Only" at the door.
Recall the "No shirt, no shoes, no service" signs.
And those that read "We reserve the right to refuse service".
