No country should be given Foreign Aid, the only thing A country should give another is a LOAN

I'm in the UK we have people starving, YET we're still sending money to some third world shithole and getting NOTHING back, I don't give a shit if people are staving in some random country, PEOPLE ARE STARVING IN OUR COUNTRIES!
