I mean every 1 from the Obama administration and Clinton camp who were in on the Russian collusion set up should've already been removed and banned from future political office and any publicly financed position. If trying to undermine and remove the legitimate administration is a clear case of insurrection/rebellion. Its also using the tax payer money to try and reject the tax payer will which is definitely something that shouldn't be allowed.
The constitution isn't of concern to the courts of Congress its seems so I guess we shouldn't hold our breath
