But their sales pitch and argumentation are just so bad.

Well no, it's really excellent from a rhetorical and persuasion standpoint, top-tier in fact, but Q anons are as cultish as the critical race theorists. It rubs me wrong.

Completely agree. All the numerology is just too much.

They try to tie cosmic significance to random objects in the background of a pic...just stop that shit.

"He tweeted a pic of 6 red wine bottles = Red6????"

C'MON, MAN!!

When they use public comms to send codes, it's noticeable. Like how Gretchen Whitmer had a bookshelf behind her with only some book titles blurred, and others clear as day. You can point to something specific and abnormal that indicates it's coded language in the first place. Just like the highly abnormal language in the Podesta emails.

Fomenting non-religious cults seems to be highly effective at mobilizing people politically; I think they're on to something. Irrational motivations are consistently stronger than rational ones, and motivation matters big time.

Their ways of thinking have strong parallels with lefty ways of thinking; only the content is different, not the pattern of thought and argumentation.

That's a fair point. But the way it's presented by Q folks is just...ugh.
