Biden can't possibly reverse the EO because he is all about the Covid. By shutting down immigration because of covid worries in the EO, Biden can't touch it without looking like the liar he is. It's a catch-22 and well played. Biden wanted to open the borders and grant amnesty on day one. We've been given another year to fix this.
