They are either getting ready for an operation once Biden is officially sworn in or sending a message to Biden that the military will be a major blocker for him over the next four years. They know what he did.
No way all that activity is just to protect the inauguration.

At that point, the crimes will all have been committed with the Supreme Court swearing in a political coupe
