People should make contacts in their communities to organize, focus on arming and training the able bodied, figure out where your essential supplies are going to come from locally, and prepare to take direct control of their neighborhoods.
If they have a cooperative sheriff and local authorities, great!
But, if not, force may become required to assume control or resist outside interference, particularly from the Feds.
If the worst comes to pass, make your red county a no go zone for any "law enforcement" that thinks they're going to enforce whatever Commie bullshit comes down the pipeline.
