So far today I've received four emails and one emergency text from the city government about how they'll be closing all the streets downtown tomorrow. Are they retarded (totally possible) or is something actually going to happen? I thought the fifty state capital thing was fake news.

I know that the "my friend said" comments don't mean much but a colonel in the Army told me to stay far away from the east coast and capitals for the next two weeks. Not sure if he is just uneasy like most of us or knows something.
If there is a desperate deep state, they are likely to stop at nothing including blowing up or mowing down American citizens to achieve their goals.

Stay home as much as you can. Stock up on groceries now, get everything you need, including water and such, for a decent period of time. It might come down to nothing, but better prepared than not. Fill your bathtub before election day...all those stupid little prep things people say that never seemed to matter.
Remember, peanut butter is calorie packed and a complete protein. Pb straight from a jar is an option if necessary.
