Because it doesn't look like he's got one... Hope he does, but I'm a show me guy, hope is never an option. He hasn't said shit in 3 days, so it just doesn't look good. He has 3.5 days. If he just walks away I will be very disappointed in him and his plan.
I'm cautiously optimistic, but right now I'm preparing for life after Trump (and it looks really unpleasant). I need to be realistic, but still have some hope that maybe something will happen at the same time.
Honestly I hope it's the military, but waiting to see since they're probably bought off too. Trump would leave office for 4 years, they would take over to clean house, then we'd start anew again in 2024. That way they can't accuse him of trying to remain president, because he's not president anymore.
