Life isn't a movie. As awesome as that would be. But I don't want to live under martial law and I don't see the obsession with it on here. People on here don't even want to wear a face mask for a short period of time in side a private business but they want to live under martial law?? Martial law seems like over kill. What Trump should do if he can is release a statement on EBS (while arresting those responsible) that there was massive fraud and foreign interference. He should have SOD and SOS maybe release the evidence they have found. There will be shock and maybe even riots over the next few weeks but he should allow states to handle it and offer support. martial law should only be done in extreme circumstances to crush a real insurrection of some kind. Trump doesn't need martial law to stay in power. If Trump has what he need he should be able to expose all sorts of local officials. There would be trials and investigations for months but I don't see why the average citizen should have to live under martial law.
Marshal law is not for controlling the people in this scenario it would be used only to charge the criminals who certified a clearly criminal election.
Again you don't need martial law to charge people with a crime. Martial law is the direct control of the military over normal civil functions. Again you don't need that to arrest people for a crime or to even try them in Military court if it applies. So if its not meant to gain more control over the general public then I dont see why he would use it.
You seem to be quite stupid or a shill. All the cases in the states were ignored. Nobody was charged with a crime because of deep corruption, this is where martial law and the insurrection act can be used to straighten things out.

As soon as they say something people dont like they call them a shill or an idiot. Again the president has limits. What hurt Trump in his cases is that he didn't seem to have any backing from the DOD/doj etc..Barr came out against him. The DNI report was a dud. No body cares about what Rudy has to say. If Miller or Pompeo gave a press conference tomorrow stating dominion was compromised in the solarwinds hack or there was direct fraud related to fake ballots and flipped votes. NO way the msm ignores it. Not even congress. At the very least a investigation would be done. Trump had non of that happen. Which means 2 things. 1. anyone loyal to him in the DOD weren't able to gather evidence or 2. the deep state is just that deep and almost everyone betrayed him.So who would follow this martial law order? The deep state dod? the deep state generals? We are not a dictatorship. As far as the DOD/military is concerned Trump lost. Following any of his orders to over turn an election would be unconstitutional and a literal coup. If Trump had the backing of the DOD on the election fraud that would be different.
