Again you don't need martial law to charge people with a crime. Martial law is the direct control of the military over normal civil functions. Again you don't need that to arrest people for a crime or to even try them in Military court if it applies. So if its not meant to gain more control over the general public then I dont see why he would use it.
You seem to be quite stupid or a shill. All the cases in the states were ignored. Nobody was charged with a crime because of deep corruption, this is where martial law and the insurrection act can be used to straighten things out.

Which means 2 things. 1. anyone loyal to him in the DOD weren't able to gather evidence or 2. the deep state is just that deep and almost everyone betrayed him.So who would follow this martial law order? Following any of his orders to over turn an election would be unconstitutional and a literal coup. If Trump had the backing of the DOD on the election fraud that would be different.
