Because most people regardless of their position in life prefer not risking reprisal for taking action that negatively affects 1 of those involved in a power struggle, especially in this case where its been made pretty clear you will be targeted if you open your mouth and or take action against voter fraud that heavily favored Biden. Media will disparage you and your family, social media will delete your voice in the main public forums, your job is also up for grabs as some people have found out.
If it was clear Trump was going to do whatever it took to bring Biden to justice and to go after any media members, social media CEO, ect that aided Bodens crimes and or covered them up then I'm 100% certain you'd see more action from the people in position to pursue investigations and arrests for the fraud, but since Trump hasn't used the full extent of his authority, hasn't reigned in social media or MSM, has found himself impeached again, the people who are in a position to act are making a self preservation choice and deciding its safer for themselves and their families to ignore any fraud and not pursue those involved. Sure Trumps right that these people need to have courage and just do the right thing, but the amount of Trump supporters arrested, banned from social media,lost their livelihood, ect is not a good motivator for people who want to do the right thing but don't see Trump taking the steps to protect those that have stepped up and ensure Biden doesn't manage to get away with it.
To many people in the right position lack courage and are more worried about what will happen to them then worried about the country itself. It would make things easier if Trump would do more to protect people from reprisals, and if his actions made people confident that Trump will do whatever it takes to stop Biden from taking over, and if Trump would charge the MSM and tech giants with insurrection already and strip them of the power over the public they currently have.
