Unfortunately you're SOL unless you can spoof a phone number and get the confirmation text for it, I think. I'm stuck in the same position for my account - the fuckheads suspended me because they thought it was fishy I was tweeting about Ukraine and liking Trump posts back in early 2020. :|

I've heard that if you file an appeal and tell them you don't have a mobile phone number they'll waive it, but it might take two or three tries.
You could even say you had to shut it off because you couldn't pay the bill because Kung Flu cost you your job.
It worked I told them I didn't have a phone.
