If only we had a Supreme Court that was forced to make decisions based on a strict interpretation of the constitutions texts and their intentions. Ots always left me dumbfounded that we pride ourselves on being a constitutional nation with a group of judges put in place to ensure the government abides the constitution but yet we have no requirement that the justices actually make their desicions based soley on the intentions and the words of the various Articles and amendments.
