I can see your reasoning but if he is President then he can tell the troops to stand down. So then were are you? They can get Biden on the Ukraine deals and given how old he is he will die in prison. I am fine with that outcome.
As for treason, they can take out the Dems/Reps on that already, they voted remember.
Here is the problem, if Trump arrests Biden now all hell will break loose. But if FEMA is in control because of a national emergency, i.e., foreign nations interfering with the election, then FEMA can arrest Biden, run military tribunals and run the country for a few month while a forensic audit of the election is done by the military.
Then declare Trump the winner.
You will still get riots but with half of the players in jail, they may be milder than the usual.
