The unfortunate truth is that at the state level some republicans are genuinely good people, the federal GOP can't be reformed and is fully part of the Uniparty status quo.

I personally like Kristi Noem a lot, but she isn't the answer. Even if she went full-MAGA she'd get hamstrung the same way.
