No idea but having been a military officer 20 yrs, I think they are trying to mentally battle ram him to concede. The troop amount increases daily. Like increasing the battle rhythm. Eventually it just get to the point we all know 50-60K troops are not required and just blunt force overkill.
If Biden still goes for it no idea. Maybe let him play make believe for a month and then military courts. He can play President but everyone will be charged with a crime so he will be sitting in the office alone, isolated, no plan.
