I suspected maybe that’s what you meant. But I’ve also seen folks talking about troops within our borders or right on our borders and that seems hard to believe.
I don't believe that either. I think Pompeo is talking about how they have penetrated every part of our country's structure. Education, economics, social media, 'morality,' and, obviously, our corrupt politicians. This is not contained because they've bought our ruling class and given them a god complex.
