Most people still have no idea how MSM works. CBS, Fox, Msdnc, etc, are all content creators. They create that content and sell it to "local broadcasters" who are then allowed to use those brands to produce their own "local news" content. There are some such as Sinclair who own very large swaths of the broadcasting economy in the US with hundreds of broadcasting stations. Seems as though everytime there are real problems with companies, you dig down and find conglomoration...
