Actually, I'm wondering where the sauce is for this post? From where did the "close up" come? To whom does "they" refer? Why are the middle name initials in the name, but not the signature? Why would a letter be given to each of the Bushes, signed more personally? Why were the envelopes only given to the wives of the politicians? Hilary Clinton, Laura Bush, Karen Pence, Jill Biden? (Jill dropped hers and handed it to Joe...and there are shots of it in Karen's program, not Mike's. Did Moo-chelle Oblahblah get one? Did Jimmy Carter's wife?) Where is the video footage of the funeral service?
