Not long before all this I had started watching NASCAR. As soon as they cucked I stopped, and instead I watch recordings of their old races from the 80s and 90s. I should have been doing that all along. I watched one the other day where a guy light up a cigarette in his car during a caution lap.
Good ole Dick Trickle.. shame he didn't have a bigger career. His smoking pace lap was as epic if not more so than the stuff Earnhardt Sr did. Nascar had serious characters back then.. he was a yankee from Wisconsin of all places!
